Started strong, but deteriorated

Just when I was about to subscribe for a full membership, I started having issues with the app. I loved the stories and the voices. Then some of the missions got buggy... Id play them but get no sound at all, and the mission would never register as completed. Then with missions that did play, no matter how I adjusted the sound ratio, I couldnt hear the mumbling character voices over the music, which wasnt that loud. It seems lately like the story seems to get progressively quieter as the mission plays. Its so frustrating. Im just glad I havent dropped any money on it yet.
